It's difficult to express just how good Shannon and James are at Martin & Co, but when the competitor estate agent you're buying through, and the solicitor you've instructed to manage your transactions, tell you your selling agents are phenomenal you know you've made the right choice. Time and again Martin & Co went above and beyond for us, and we always felt like their top priority despite them having many other clients to look after. From the marketing of our property, to literally preventing the chain from collapsing at the end of the process, they demonstrated why they are different from other agents in the area; they are trustworthy, communicate brilliantly and the consummate professionals in every interaction you have with them.
