Extremely disappointed with the new management. Lack of communication or constructive updates when needed. The director is very argumentative. The time scales for repairs etc are ridiculous. Left without heating and hot water for three days now. I reported an issue over 6 months ago and it's still unresolved. I wouldn't recommend renting through Martin & Co to anyone.
