Before I put on the market Martins were my letting agents and Emma was excellent also. In summary , I highly recommend Martins to anyone looking to rent or sell their property. Totally professional & personable in every way. I am delighted with the whole process. I am very happy to confirm the prompt and professional team got me a buyer in the first viewing who offered £22k above minimum price I would accept and now I complete shortly.
