DO NOT USE, AVERAGE RATING IS LOW FOR A REASON - absolutely shocking customer service. Seems like they never work. Never respond to calls or emails. When my flat mate initially moved in, they took weeeks to complete our reference docs and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and only completed these a couple days before our move in date. When we moved in, the blinds in all rooms were broken. We had to pester them constantly and only when we threatened to contact the landlord directly, they did something about it. This took 3 months.

DO NOT USE. Do they even work? Unresponsive to any issue or call, when they finally answer (normally to ask for money) they are rude and unhelpful. Flat had an broken window which remained open the whole tenancy because the didn’t fix it.
