I had a viewing today with a lovely estate agents called Ella she was very good at answering all the enquiries I had and she genuinely cared about het clients it was so refreshing to see. I was extremely impressed with Martin and co when selling my house recently. The communication and efficiency was exceptional. The house was valued, photos taken promptly and put on the website the same day. They helped with extra matters like contacting energy providers and solicitors. Communication on matters was always quick and personable. would recommend for anyone using their service. The valuation provided the house got and their market research on the house and similar properties meant they were well informed in making this. We dealth wiyh Keith mostly who was brilliant. They were very accommodating the whole way through.
