Would not recommend for landlords or tenants. They’re known to harass tenants and fear monger them into signing contracts unnecessarily. I called to view a property the other day and the call was disconnected when I asked the member of staff I was on the phone to arrange a callback for me. Was not able to view a property for a new build flat apparently because someone was living in it. Even though it had just been built and couldn’t of had any tenants in it... when I asked to put in an application anyway with out viewing I was ignored and no one has got back to me. 1 year later: I called for a viewing, many many many times - the lettings team aren't available... So the property has been on the market for a week I've not been allowed to view it.. I've left messages to call me back, sent emails, used the online booking tool.. I've had no contact what so ever.. VERY POOR!

DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS !! their flats are full of mould , they will not do anything about it ! When you decorate the place because it is yellow with cigarette smoke from previous tenant they will try and take your full deposit for all the work they haven't done !! Stear well clear of these scam artists

Martin & Co worked diligently to re-let my flat, which they have managed for many years now. They organised multiple viewings and were rigorous in carrying out vetting of prospective tenants. On this occasion there were at least two possible tenants were weeded out at this stage - so that is a very value added service. New tenants were found successfully and my void period was less than four weeks. The one area for improvement could be in terms of the numbers of different people at Martin & Co that I had to deal with during the whole process of re-letting.
