Avoid at all costs! This place is crooked. It's run by a bunch of obsequious liars and rip-off artists. They frequently ruin and lose items, but refuse to compensate for damage. Their website is a pile of garbage that would have been laughable in 2005, let alone 2023. They never pick up the phone, and when they do they waste time and lie. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will not use them, not recommend this Jeeves to anybody in the future and I wish I read the reviews before using there services. The level of service from start to finish was dreadful, they cleaned a Jacket with a small stain in the front- the lady in the shop telling me they clean these jackets all the time and it will be a long wait time but sure it will come out great. But if the stain didn’t come come I would still be charges, of course I agreed. 2 weeks later I get a nearly £3000 jacket (worn once) back that has changed colour, texture, was water stains all all over, and shrunk. There has been no quality control when sending this jacket back and when speaking to them about it they agreed to send to head office for future investigation. After a week they concluded there was nothing wrong with the jacket but could give it another clean if I wanted at a charge that was higher than the original price of the first service. Finally asking for them to send it back they said they would call with a time of arrival, waiting until 6.45pm on a Friday from this with no indication of the jacket would arrive or not has there offices and shop had already closed at this time. There service is definitely on the down and after further digging I believe it’s changed hand and the service is no long what it used to be. Jeeves head office should really look into the quality of there franchise. Services: Eco-friendly cleaning, Leather & suede cleaning

Wouldn’t use their service again. Unrealistic prices! Dropped off few basic dresses (not gowns) that did not require any special service or stain removal. Was not advised that they don’t do regular dry cleaning. Was then slapped with almost £400 invoice and learned about their “special 7 stages cleaning service”. I made it clear that I haven’t used them before and wasn’t aware of their prices and as a new customer I should have been made aware of what’s coming. No other dry cleaning business in the area charges as much as they do, so be aware! Unless you have a gown or a very particular garment, don’t waste your money!

My dress was stained by my caterer - although they couldn't remove the stains, they sent a card saying that it would damage the item if they tried further. I appreciate them doing this rather than trying and ruining my dress. They did get the other general stains out (makeup, etc.) and cleaned the dress overall. The service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. They picked up my dress from home and dropped it off a week later in their dust bag and hanger. Shout out to Alina for herhelp!
