After much research online to find a great Orthodontist, I decided to book an appointment for my 8 year old daughter with Miss Mary Lo! My daughter had a very severe trauma 7 months ago to her front teeth and now problems are popping up. It was a pleasure to meet Miss Mary. She is a professional and competent specialist as well as a lovely person. A huge thank you to Miss Mary Lo and the lady who did the 3D scanning !!! Thanks also to the secretary !!! At the initial consultation, she listened to each and every one of my concerns and worked with great precision to examine my teeth and create a detailed treatment plan tackling all of the problems. After that appointment, I knew she was the orthodontist for me. Throughout my whole treatment, she was attentive, caring and highly professional. Dr. Mary Lo is the best orthodontist in London! Not only is she very skilful and experienced, she is also great with people who are VERY fearful of getting dental work done like myself. I went to see her for the first time and I was greeted by her very friendly staff. Both Dr. Lo and her team made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. She was sensitive to my fears and took me through every stage of the treatment patiently and even made me laugh quite a bit to lighten the mood. After 6 months of treatment and getting my braces removed, I cannot be more satisfied with the results. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended.

Throughout my daughter’s “braces” treatment Mary was wonderful, professional and efficient. My daughter (and I) loved the sessions with Mary - she is a breath of fresh air and makes what could be a difficult experience, extremely easy and filled with smiles and laughter. I had difficulty closing my mouth and suspected some sort of misalignment with my teeth. I went to Dr Lo and was diagnosed with a reverse overjet. She explained to me how treatment would progress from beginning to end which was reassuring. I wanted to get the braces off before summer and she made it possible for me with the use of rubber bands. Dr Lo was professional and caring throughout. She took into account my opinions and I felt like I had full control of my treatment plan.
