Maryam seems nice as a person but, it would’ve been nicer if she could of message me and ask, if I could’ve come later for my appointment instead of making me wait 45 minutes (even though I arrived on time for my appointment), it was 2 days before eid and I wanted to have a facial! As soon as I arrived she asked me if I could’ve come back an hour later, I was about to leave and she stopped me saying she will be finish her client in 15 minutes if I could wait, I ended up staying there 45 minutes and I didn’t get a treatment because I couldn’t wait longer!! That’s not how you treat your clients honestly!! I’ve arrived on time for my appointment, she knew I was booked in and she had my number and if she was running late she could’ve called!!!!!

Maryam is amazing. She doesn’t rush with your hair and it comes out looking unreal. I usually get colour, wash and blow/dry and I am never disappointed. Maryam has great customer service skills and really cares about her customers. Which is lovely. The salon is beautiful and the staff are great masha’allah.
