Very welcoming and polite staff. Went for massage as back and shoulders were hurting. I was fortunate to have a massage by Helen. Lovely lady listened to my problem and What an amazing job 👏 she did. I left feeling relaxed and alot less tense. Will definitely be going back. Thank you 😊

I booked an appointment 3-4 days in advance, when I got there the woman seemed really confused to see me. She did not seem to know I was coming, and said she couldn't see me because she was by herself. No attempt was made at communication, I was not told that I could not be seen at my scheduled time before hand. I wasted my time getting up there, and I could have booked in with somewhere that wasn't going to waste my time. Now I have to wait a week at least to be seen when I am in pain. Disgusting service.

Just called here, receptionist today by this time is unacceptable. I was asking the difference of chinese massage from swedish and she didnt wanna entertain my query and keep saying, I have booked you already ok?!! Obviously she didnt know the difference!! Cant believe theyve got good reviews,the fact I was just served this way. And she even hang up coz I insist if she could explain it. Well you just lost one good customer.next time pls do your job well.
