Looked like they sub contracted out to another company. They dropped my gaming PC on the way out of the house which I saw and they never said anything about it or even let me know. I called them out at the end of the move and they acted surprised about it. They then gave me the insurance details to claim and the insurance wouldnt pay for a new PC even though it didnt work they would only pay for a re build which isnt what I needed. Down £2,400 thanks to this company. Would highly recomended against using them terrible experience.

In a sizable move (6,500cu ft) the team from Matrix were superb and worked tirelessly and with good and friendly service over the six days of the move. Everything was well packed, and all arrived without any breakages or damage, and all the crew worked efficiently and well. The company also happened to be the cheapest quote we had, so as well as great service, offered good value. Well recommended.

Beware if you are not planning to unpack all your boxes within 7 days. I paid £3,546 for my move from a 2 bed flat, Matrix used sub-contractors, and two items went missing. Matrix did not offer any compensation for the 2 (low value!) items because I reported it after a few weeks. I moved with a toddler and newborn, so was never going to unpack within 7 days! Very disappointing given I paid a LOT for the move. Service: Local moving

We were recommended Matt at Matrix by a local estate agents as we did not live in the area as it was a house move due to a bereavement. I simply cannot fault this company. Matt was exceptional even with my over detailed move requirements and Chris and his colleague on the day of the move were simply excellent and exceeded any expectations I had. Every single one of the many, many items were packed perfectly. Chris went above and beyond and did far more for us than I could have expected. Due to the loss of our family member he really did do so much for us and even fixed and few things that were broken years ago just to try and make sure we could use them. Chris and his colleague were just brilliant. I had a call on the day of the move to let me know they were coming and within 3 hours they were here. They unloaded quickly and professionally. Chris went as I say above and beyond for us and I will never forget what he did for us. This company are just so highly recommended by me that if I could give more stars I would. Matt, Chris and his colleague on the day - thank you for all you have done.
