    So happy with the service received from Sanjay! He was a delight to work with and went out of his way to make our dreams come true! Nothing was too much effort for him especially considering we were after a more special diamond which was harder to get a hold of. Sanjay was professional and personable throughout and we felt we were in good hands. He didn’t overwhelm us with lots of info and kept our vision in mind the whole time. The turnaround times were extremely tight but Sanjay kept to his promises and the end product was even more than what we could have hoped for.     I had a very poor experience with Mayfair Jewellers in May of 2018. I have tried to contact them numerous times in regards to this poor experience and have given them every opportunity to speak with me directly before I wrote this review. However, as I was never contacted I feel as though I need to let people know about my experience. I live in Scotland and scheduled a ring viewing appointment at Mayfair Jewellers in London months in advance. I planned a trip to London with my partner, that was solely for the purpose of attending this appointment. However, when we arrived there was no one there to greet us. I phoned and it turned out our appointment had never been scheduled. Sanjay was very apologetic and rushed to meet us and arrived approximately 2 hours after our set appointment time. The appointment went well (or so I thought) and I thought things were turning around. We picked out our favorite ring, I got sized, and we discussed payment options. I tried to take notes during the meeting and was told by Sanjay not to take notes, because we would be contacted with all of the important information. After the appointment I waited two weeks, but still didn't hear anything. Eventually I phoned, Sanjay answered, I explained who I was and he recognized my story immediately and said he would get back to me ASAP. I never got a call back. I then tried to follow up with an email and still never heard any explanation as to why I was ignored. As I said to Sanjay in my email, part of me is grateful for this experience as things didn't work out with the partner I viewed the ring with and I may have stayed in a bad relationship longer if we had purchased a ring. However, there is still no excuse for a high end jewellery proprietor treating a potential customer the way I was treated. Attached is a photo of the email I sent in order to try and avoid writing this review.
