Do not approach ! shady Romanian contract manager, shady managing director, do not answer to them on LinkedIn, MCG Group is remarkable but MCG Construction is NO TRUST unless you want to start underpaid and under your potential, do not waste your time getting used by the company to teach their “ competent “ personnel basics of the business infrastructure… Not a serious company, shady experience, From Site Logistics Manager interview, I ended up spraying corridors outside my tasks as the skilled labourer of the site where I have been sent, been promised that I will replace him, my job suggestion after interview was Assistant Manager until I will get used of how things are done at MCG but I have been offered at first a Temporary Supervisor under a low payrate under the same excuse with experience catch, but the RAMS where for Skilled Labourer, instead of an apology for a misunderstanding between them after I left the site, I received a second job opportunity after one week of no contact as a Ganger somewhere at 81 minutes by train from my home adress… These guys must be a joke or something! You don’t need to prove nothing like that to any employer for your aptitudes..I find it very offensive mainly when a romanian contracts manager stands in my way as an outsider romanian candidate, probably he was expecting me to pay him something for a good role, who knows…stay away from THEM anyway, there is no Pinky Promise in Construction …only certain positions for certain candidates !

Work with this agency for 1day until they told me I was umbrella pay which means I pay my national insurance plus there's plus a fee to pay me. Payment company name sapphire and this company except self employed people so why did I have to go umbrella company not to sure yet but something not right will ring them tommrow will post again with maybe an answer but a bit dodgy if you ask me
