DO NOT USE THIS LYING FIRM OF SOLICITORS EVER OR YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED, they said they would take my civil case against police on, they sent all the relevent paper work to me I sent it all back with statements within 1 week. I then left them to proceed with my case and after 12mths of hearing nothing I phoned them for update on proceedings and they say they couldn't find my paper work, I asked to speak go pallette or palo what ever her name, as I had spoken to her numerous times on the phone and she had the audacity to say she didn't know me, they also so have staff that have police officers as family members, this firm is not to be trusted ever, if you read all reviews and yhen choose to use them then you will get what you deserve which will be the worst possible outcome, they should be shut down and the solicitors struck off.

Over the last 3 decades of me knowing these solicitors I can only reiterate they are the worst people ever to contact. Staff have no manners nor respect & their overall service is so appalling. I have even won cases myself which they had previously claimed had no merits. They also lie about cases they should have correctly represented. I will NEVER use their services again!!

Didn't even bother to reply to my email query. Their reviews say it all. It's a mystery that anyone uses them at all... more fool those that do!
