Tried McQueen as my old salon on the high st shut down so I was looking for somewhere new. Booked to have a hair cut with a senior stylist but by the end it was clear I had had a junior if not a trainee as on going to pay the price was cheaper than it should’ve been. Made my haircut (fringe, shaped around the face and layers, overall shoulder length) awful, my fringe was lopsided for weeks and layers haven’t been done properly as my hair looks boxy and flat. So disappointed, and I will not be returning.
