I recently began working for this company. Unfortunately I’ve experienced a mental illness and as a result of my behaviour prior to treatment I received a criminal record. Despite making a full declaration and being taken on by this company on that basis, they terminated my employment with immediate effect following receiving my enhanced DBS. This is a company who state that they are an “equal opportunities” employer. Training and induction is also rushed.

I have a relative in one of their care homes. It's interesting to see the comments on here about their management. They have real problems by the looks of it, I too think the management is appalling - where did they get these people from? Even the nurse has an argumentative, sulky attitude. I would not recommend it.

Whilst the carers are great, the management associated to Glyn Rhosyn in Holywell is truly awful. They act like little dictators, causing anxiety to their own patients. They completely lack common sense. Be warned! I've just lodged a complaint, let's see where we get. I will post an update!

A friend of mine use to work on Willow which is a residential unit ran by this organisation. The management here is appalling. Absolutely awful service. Would avoid Willow like the plague.
