The staff were rude and made us seem like an inconvenience when we ordered drinks that were on the menu, huffing and puffing when it was a simple drink and then they were arguing with each other as to who is going to make the drink. Not much in the way of acknowledgment whenever I came to the bar. Food came out wrong TWICE and then we were treated as it was our fault for ordering at the time we did because the kitchen manager wasn’t there. I would understand if it was busy but there weren’t many orders on at the point when I ordered. Hotel was nice and clean with a comfy bed and good value for money which is why the rating is 2/5.
