We recently used Metro Rod (London North West) following a recommendation from a neighbour. It was to fix a leaking toilet. The service we received throughout was excellent. From the initial contact with Amanda, through to the repair work being carried out. Amanda phoned on the morning of the booking to confirm an arrival time.
