The food was good, the service was good they were polite,friendly, and the cakes are worth going for on their own massive portions, tuck it home and it tuck me 3 days to eat it, i am not saying you couldn't eat it in one day but I had a decent size piece on 3 different days. I would recommend going and we will go again

First visit was fab, beautiful food, (Ultimate ploughmans) was that impressed I returned a week later and ordered the same. Unfortunately it came and looked like a different dish. Item's missing, ie cucumber and onion and smaller portion. Very disappointed. There should be consistency not different depending on the chef on the day, which I can only assume was the difference.

Has a meal here yesterday, it was a pre booked lunchtime meal, can't fault it at all, the staff had put our party of 25 people including 7 children in a area more or less private, the food was excellent, cakes were amazing, and the staff were very polite and friendly would definitely recommend it to anyone
