Terrible experience at what should haver been the happiest time. Diamond fell out of ring on several occasions. When I asked for refund they called the police to have me removed from the shop. Rude, ruthless and horrible is the only way I can describe their service. I had to resort to legal action. So satisfying when they refunded the money.
