The location was perfect, situated centrally and just a three-minute walk from the underground, which made it easy to access all the main attractions in London. The area around the hotel was also very quiet and safe. Check-in process; it was super fast, easy, and smooth. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciated the warm welcome we received and their willingness to provide us with all the information we needed to make our stay in London enjoyable, especially Raqeba. The room we stayed in was spacious and spotlessly clean. The modern decor made it feel fresh and inviting. The bed and pillows were comfortable, The air conditioning was also excellent, keeping the room cool and comfortable during the hot summer days. if we ever returned to London, we would definitely stay here again.

UPDATED May 2023 I stay here regularly, which tells you I think it's a great hotel. The location couldn't be better, the design of the public spaces and rooms is outstanding. Brilliant lighting in the rooms. On this occasion I was upgraded to a suite. If you can splash out this is definitely worth it. The suite I stayed in was HUGE. It has a big entryway and a kitchen with bar, sinks and microwave. The lounge has an enormous TV and fire that actually works. There's a separate dressing room, and the bathroom is totally luxurious, with a huge bath, two sparking black sinks and a massive shower (rainfall and regular) and a gorgeous stand alone full-size bathtub. The suite came with its own private wifi network, Sonos speakers and the bed was one the largest I've encountered! There's even a skylight with automatic shutters and some of the best hotel lighting I've ever seen. Housekeeping is wonderful - impeccable cleaning of the rooms, very timely. The bar was a welcome calm for after-dinner drinks, compared with all the louder pubs in Covent Garden, and we had excellent cocktails with good service. I previously said that check in was slow and the breakfast service somewhat chaotic. Since I raised these points both have improved. Check in has since been fast and efficient and restaurant breakfast service much improved. So the hotel got even better!
