I think is the most horrible centre with the appointments. I don't know who is the person that answer by phone to go through an appointment, but is horrible, if you call exactly 8:00 in the morning, already telling you, they are fully booked, when they do the appointments, in the night?

This is to add to my previous complaint about the worst surgery I’ve ever come across. As I’ve said, I changed my phone number over a year ago and I’ve had to go and complain they are using a number no longer used. They have persisted in using an old number and now I’ve missed all my mental health treatment and been discharged from hospital without even being seen, absolutely appalling surgery

Can barely get in touch, rang for 2 days with phones being cut off and then no appointment, finally got through after an hour on the third day to be told they don't prescribe anything for medical insomnia. They just give you tips. Apparently it's too addictive, so don't look at this practice for effective pain medication either apparently

Almost impossible to get through early enough to get an appt. All appts taken I appreciate the difficulties they have but recently have had to use 111 followed by an ambulance to deal with something a GP could have dealt with. I worry that us older people are being forgotten..I also understand that face to face appts aren't always possible. But can't even get a call back. Hate to moan but it is causing me a lot of worry
