Mike goes above and beyond and his rates are the cheapest I have found. I break most of my computers, of course not on purpose :)). I brought my computer to Mike, because my touch screen and mouse were not working, there was the tiniest crack. I had been advised to buy another computer by a different repair shop, which I did. I still needed to get the data from the old one. I brought Mike a hard drive and when I returned not only handed me the data, but he fixed the internal mouse) for free so that the computer can still be used. Given it was an expensive model, I wish I had gone to him first, it would have saved me from buying a completely new one. It's hard to find someone that does repairs properly for a good rate. It is extremely difficult to find anyone willing to do extras, without request, and even rarer that this person does not want compensation. Go to Mike, he is very skilled and he deserves your business. The more we support people like him, the more we will receive better service in general!!!

Mike is brilliant! As a freelancer I need my computer for work but unexpectedly it froze completely and nothing would unfreeze it. Laptop stopped booting up at worst possible time, none of the Dell forum solutions worked. I was looking at hundreds for a part replacement or even more for a new laptop. Mike took it on, fixed it quickly, and bonus I didn't lose any data! Really nice, polite and friendly guy. Highly reccomend!

I travelled from Cape Town to UK, then on to Malta, where I discovered that my laptop screen was not functioning. A local tech shop let me loan an external monitor so that I could still work. I am a writer and editor with constant deadlines and had to keep everthing going. While in Malta I found Mike on Google and emailed him about my problem. As soon as I got back to Brixton I contacted him again and he said I could rent an old external monitor for the rest of my stay. He truly saved my bacon and I really appreciated his swift and uncomplicated help.
