I had breakfast here with my mum this morning, and we found it very enjoyable. I’ve been meaning to pop in for ages because of the beautiful cakes displayed out-front and I’m very glad I finally did. We both ordered one of the hot breakfast options, and I have to say I had the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever tried! A lot of places get the Hollandaise wrong, but it was well balanced here, not too lemony. They have delicious English breakfast tea - one of those loose leaf tea bags. The cakes tasted just as exquisite as they looked. The perfect place for breakfast/lunch and a hot drink with cake. Lovey! Also, the waitresses were wonderful! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was very endearing to hear how many customers they knew by name, and they were having a quick chat with the regulars in-between the extremely attentive service they provided which contributed to such a nice atmosphere in the cafe.

Absolute 10/10 experience. All 4 of us couldn’t believe the value for money with this afternoon tea, the cakes were soooo good and sandwiches were more of a roll and all well filled! Staff were so polite and accommodating, highly recommend!
