    We have used M&M for nearly two years with excellent service but recently they changed their delivery man and timing to us. Instead of receiving milk at about 5am we started to receive at 12am-1am which meant the milk sat for 6 odd hours on the doorstep. This is OK when it is cold outside but not on warm summer nights. The result is that about 20% of the pints we received over the last few weeks have gone sour by the time we put them in the fridge. This is a premium service you pay way more for it than equivalent milk in the supermarkets. Therefore it does need to be fresh. On contact with M&M they say the Milky can deliver between 1130 and 0600 and so is doing what he should be doing. The result is we have cancelled all our orders and may pick up again in the Autumn when the cold nights come back in
