1st of Jan: Tried to set up an Account and was told would take a week and a half to add an address onto the system?! I was told "As its nearly the end of the week, I don't know how long it will take?" Why does it take so long to add a delivery address?! Update to review 05/04- We were finally added to there data base. Milk and more twice delivered to a totally different address. Avoid!

Two weeks of no delivery of the products I ordered. When I ring in to complain they just process a refund, I don’t want a refund I want milk. The whole point of the service is so I don’t need to go out and get milk, before you guys reply and say please contact our customer centre I already have twice and been hung up on or said I will receive a call back and never do. AVOID if you are looking for good quality service

If I could get away with leaving zero stars, I would! After a two week period with no milk,we haven't had a single week without a missed delivery. This has been going on for two months now and customer services are disinterested and ineffective at best -- they seem to think refunding automatically negates the need for good service and have no interest in solving delivery issues. We're going back to shop bought and plastic until we can find another company offering an actual and reliable form of milk delivery in our area. Unless you like uncertainty, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Awful. Milk was supposed to be delivered three times a week and we were lucky if we got two deliveries. Customer services don't care although they will refund you for the milk you didn't get. I'd only recommend to those whose lives are so dull they need the excitement of never knowing if they will actually get milk to liven up their day. Oh and before they comment asking to look into this for me: we have contacted them weekly for more than a month and nothing has changed!

Only had one delivery and even then it was to the wrong house. Spoke to someone on the phone and she said it will be sorted, still nothing. Even had one person cut me off when I was on chat with them. Terrible customer service and the deliveries are beyond a joke I see others that use you are receiving there orders but not me.
