All these people complaining about not getting their orders, that's probably as the milkman has thrown them all up in our hedgerow for some strange reason, and then not come back to retrieve them when asked. Didn't even want to give one star.

Constantly having to contact them due to missed orders - once a week I am having to chase or change something. We order for a care home and Milk&More are so unreliable we are going to have to change suppliers as our vulnerable people deserve consistency.

Asked about 3 times not to put my milk on the wall do they listen no they don't first thing in the morning the sun hits and makes them jank and warm the useless man who delivers them his a din and should see for him self will not be useing milk and more any more il be useing other that can simply follow an order dins!!!

We changed to use glass bottles and reduce plastic waste. The service has been very poor. Use by dates on eggs 4 days!. Out of stock of gold top milk!! Out of stock of the bread we ordered so always substituted! PLUS i want a front door step delivery! I have a crate for the empties but they dont get collected as milk is now dumped at the front gate / drive. I want to open my door and get my milk. Not walk up the drive in dark and rain in my pj's! We've even had one delivery that drove to the garage and left fresh bread and eggs on the wheelie bins! I didn't find for over a day! We have clear instructions on our account front doorstep delivery! Ill stick for a few more weeks and hope they improve 3rd March. Now, they can't deliver a std load if white bread. We have this on dervevery every wedneday. It's failed! They do send a sub! Brown granary bloomer! I ordered white loaf! They really are impotent suppliers

If there's a company who can't get your milk delivery right, Milk & Less are that company. There's no number for complaints and they don't answer your emails. Don't use them, they're dreadful.
