I had a wonderful lunch meal (3 courses), the restaurant is wonderful with excellent views out onto the adjacent lake. Staff seem extremely friendly and really make the place stand out in terms of service. Food is great too, decent size portions, would visit again!

The miller salad was awful, one whole lettuce with small amount of Stilton sauce, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1/8th of an hard unripe avocado. Waiter (Luke) responded ‘oh I think we’re running low on avocados’. Left money on table as needed to go and waiter accosted us on the way out as he thought we were trying to leave without paying! I did email manager directly 2 weeks ago! No response Vegetarian options: Poor option choice

Miller & Carter is a great place to go for a lovely relaxed atmosphere with views of the Lake in Sutton Park. The service is fantastic and very professional. The food is very well presented and delicious. And the drinks and cocktails are lovely. All for a very reasonable price. Cant fault it in any way. Highly recommended.
