We had a great stay at Millgate. It's a beautiful bed and breakfast and the hosts Sue and Andrew made us feel very welcome. Their knowledge of the local area was excellent and the food was amazing. The place is spotlessly clean and lovely and quiet. I hope to return there soon for some more of Sue's delicious scones.

A nice place in what can be considered a building of historical value, it was quite interesting to imagine what this place would have been like in it's past life. Sue and Andrew are very welcoming and are passionate about the local area and are easily approachable if you need some advice about where is good to eat or what activities are worthwhile doing in the area. Would definitely (and already have) recommend(ed) this B&B and I would look to stay again if I'm going around the local area.

Very warm welcome, shown around the rooms and explained how things worked and everything. Fresh scones waiting for us which were delicious. Andrew told us about plenty of places near by to go, what the restaurants were like etc. Room very clean and tidy. Deliciously cooked full English and lots of other choices to pick aswell for breakfast. Both Andrew and Sue were extremely helpful and pleasant making our stay in masham wonderful. Would love to return 10/10
