I ordered a big cookie and was informed it would be ready in 2 hours. About half an hour later I realised I had to get home for a vet appointment and wouldn’t be able to wait 2 hours. I went back to the kiosk to apologise that I wouldn’t have time to wait but I appreciated they had started baking so said they could donate the cookie to another customer. Erica, said no way we’ll sort this. She called the other kiosk to see if they had a a ready baked large cookie , ran and collected it and then decorated it all in 20 minutes! Absolutely outstanding customer service and a credit to your company. Please make sure she gets recognition for this.
