I literally drove through traffic from Great Barr to Merry Hill especially for a giant cookie for my daughters birthday whom does not eat cake. I was greeted by Jess who told me I had to wait a while to get my personalised cookie decorated. However I explained I had no time to wait and had to battle the traffic to be somewhere, upon which Jess started decorating my cookie. She did a wonderful job, so quick and am entirely grateful she did this for me, Jess also put 4 little iced spots so i could stick the candles in. Little things make a big difference 😊 Great customer service. I was one very happy customer when I walked away. Big thumbs up for Jess at Merry Hill branch 👍🏼👌🏼😊
