Initially very good and arrangements we made, but 3 working days before my Dad's Funeral, the contacted saying they had made a mistake and we could no longer have a 2pm service, we could only have a 3.15pm service. Doesn't sound much but it affected our plans badly, as notices had been issued in 2 papers and service sheets had already been printed for a 2pm service. To re do all them would have cost over £500 Whilst i appreciate this was not the norm, the stress it caused my Mum at an already difficult time was immense and caused a knock on effect that some members of the family could no longer attend. Only 3 stars because of this issue, otherwise the service and the care given by the staff was excellent. Since publishing this post Joseph Sheard has further apologised for their mistake and offered compensation which has been accepted.
