Generally the food has been great especially for vegetarians/vegan. Today I ordered, and I tried to call numerous times to advise of changes to dishes but couldn't get through. I emailed them as well and then when I got through I was not given good customer service and they said they could do nothing as the order went out. I have ordered from here many times with no issues, very disappointed especially when you can't eat the food but you are expected to pay. Very disappointed, not likely to order again due to this extremely poor experience

Food arrived 2hrs after order made, contacted restaurant 3 times to be told food on was way with a eta being 15mins each time. Once food arrived it was luke warm and tasteless. Apart from the fried onion which had enough garlic in them to keep the vampire away. I would advise if your going to order from here order 2weeks in advance.
