Amazing service !! Found this repair service via google and took a chance on a laptop which I thought was beyond repair. Phoned for a quote and was able to drop the laptop within 1 hour of the phone call. Repair took slightly longer due to some complications but I received regular updates. Full laptop repair turnaround 2 days - was super impressed and will 100% use again!

I contacted Miss Repair as my laptop would not start the way it should as it was stuck on the restart process and then it would switch off and turn back on and would not go past this (This occurred from updating to Windows 11 and forgetting my password). Prior contacting Miss Repair I visited a local laptop repair shop which the employee said I have deleted windows and all my files are gone (which was not the case). Miss Repair looked at my laptop and debunked everything the shop employee said. She worked hard and determined to ensure my laptop was fixed and all my files are restored onto the laptop which was my main concerns and sorted out the windows. Throughout the couple of days she had my laptop she communicated well and kept me updated. A 10/10 service! Thank you for the excellent repair and genuine service you have provided. I would recommend anyone to reach out to Miss repair for future laptop/computer repair or issues.
