The staff is very friendly and helpful when you buy. If you have any issues with the item, like faulty or broken, it is a different story. The manager is a ‘phantom’, she never seems to be in the boutique and the staff doesn’t have a clue how to process. The after care service is non-existent there which is very surprising for a luxury brand. Be aware!
