    This establishment appears to have a policy of exacting fees for their services, regardless of the outcome. On one occasion, I was told that they would "have a look" at my mobile phone, only to be charged £30, even though the issue was not resolved. This experience, combined with prior instances of having to return for the same problem and being charged again, has left me with the impression that the priority of this establishment is to extract as much monetary compensation as possible, rather than providing quality care to their clients.

    UNRELIABLE SERVICE *** PLEASE BE CAREFUL Reported to the trading standards and police for poor service and misleading the consumers. -Repaired my screen in October 2021 -Stopped working so went to another phone shop and got the screen fixed. They removed the faulty screen from mobilefix.com - New screen from the new shop cracked unfortunately so decided to go back to Mobilefix with the previously removed faulty screen they gave me back in October 2021. -May 2022 - asked mobile fix to use the screen to replace it which they did and charged me £45 for it. - 2 days later the screen wasn’t working again and they blamed me for it and refused to fix it free of charge event though their warranty is for 28 days or if unstatisfied with the service I can take it back within. 7 days which I did. - Rude young guy with moustache, who was very unhelpful and uncooperative and told me ‘I can go elsewhere for the service and he doesn’t need me’ - Ended up reporting the business to the trading standards to see how I can get my £45 back. - Asked to talk/ call the manager and was refused that as well.
