My experience with Mog & Bird was extremely disappointing. As a multi-branch business owner, I needed a reliable apparel partner to supply my company with jerseys, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other items in the future. After requesting a test run with a t-shirt and smart jumper, I assumed that communication with the company was going well. However, when I received the items, I was shocked to find that the logo font and placement were not as I had specified. Despite providing ample branding material for reference, the company made a frustrating oversight, leaving me feeling extremely dissatisfied. To make matters worse, when I requested that Mog & Bird correct the logo font and placement, the company's response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of addressing the issue, they claimed the mistake was mine and demanded more money to fix it. When I requested a refund, they ignored my emails and left me feeling even more disappointed with their lack of customer service. As a business owner of 12 years, I understand the importance of communication and professionalism. Mog & Bird's behaviour in this situation was completely unacceptable and left me with a negative experience. If you plan to work with this company, be sure to double-check all design elements and prepare for potential issues with communication and customer service.

After a terrible experience with one of the uk's biggest and best-known workwear printing companies I decided to go local and had seen that a lot of well respected, design-driven companies in the area - had used Mog & Bird's services. As I had a lot of previous issues and am very particular about my branding and design, I came to them with a lot of questions and specific requests. From our very first conversation they were very helpful and patient. They completely understood all my concerns, and were happy to explain and discuss everything until we were all satisfied and in a very short time we had sorted everything and my printing/embroidery was ready. Their knowledge and passion as well as the personal touch of being able to discuss things is such an advantage, and the complete end of the spectrum to the awful customer services and poor quality of the company I used before. In addition to their great customer service, the printing and embroidery is very high quality and most importantly... exactly how I want it. My only regret is that we didn't find them sooner. So pleased we found Mog & Bird, can’t recommend them enough! They embroidered our children’s names onto Christmas stockings that we supplied and the result was perfect and such good quality, much better than previous embroidery services we’ve used. Nora and Gee are both lovely, were communicative throughout, and provided a faultless service.
