Lovely place, my little one is very happy going here. Staff are lovely and the location and premises is nice and feels safe. Only criticism is, some handovers are sometimes too long resulting in parents waiting outside in the cold and rain for too long (sometimes 10 minutes.) Although this may be down to overly chatty parents.

Such a lovely nursrey. Have sent both my girls there which are a good few years apart and have been very happy both times. Always available to talk to and happy to help where ever they can. All staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome when ever you are there.

A fun, engaging, and child-led nursery, that encourages independence and confidence in little ones. Lovely parent & guardian activities organised to involve us throughout the year, and the staff are constantly looking for ways to enhance the environment for the children.

Our daughter goes to Monkey Puzzle Tatsfield. After a very nervous start she walks in now with a big smile and hugs all the staff. Cannot rec the nursery enough. The food choice is excellent covering all range of allergies and the staff are just so informed and very approachable and friendly.

My son had to unexpectedly change nurseries at 14 months, and Monkey Puzzle were wonderful at helping him settle into the new nursery quickly, and he seems to really enjoy it, particularly the outdoor space and activities. They have also been very accommodating of his allergies for meals. I would recommend Monkey Puzzle to friends!

My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle Tatsfield since March 2022. Overall we have had an excellent experience with them. Staff are kind, caring and have shown that they really get to know your child individually. We have been really impressed by their knowledge and understand individual needs and cater to them. Management (who were new in September 2022) are fantastic and have made excellent changes to the nursery which have made a great impact on our daughters learning and development. Every morning our daughter runs in to greet staff without a single look back, which is exactly what you hope for! Parents are kept updated using an app and sent pictures and “golden moments” when the children take part in activities. Parents are encouraged to send “home updates” which have been really simple to do and a great way of keeping everyone involved. The food is great and our daughter is very happy! We couldn’t recommend them more!
