My son was there for nearly a year. The carers were fantastic , my son loved it there but we withdrew because the manager (Rochelle Anderson) is a piece of work! Fake, rude and condescending when dealing with any issues. I would have given 5 stars otherwise because the rest of the staff was great and you could see that they love what they do , they love kids

We have a 9 month old who we recently started at monkey puzzle. Needless to say we were both quite anxious about him starting being so young and even more so given the coronavirus pandemic. However the nursery have been excellent with him and us. Giving quick daily updates when we have been to pick him up. There seems to be a good variety of activities which are helping his development and certainly a lot more than we can provide him at home. During the first week he was slightly tearful when we dropped him off, but now he’s really excited when we drop him off and seems a little dissappointed he’s back with us!!! We are very happy with this nursery.

Lovely friendly staff but I had to remove my children due to extremely poor hygiene, particularly with infection control and nappy change. I personally wouldn't recommend this nursery to friends with small babies. Older children over 3yrs old might have a better outcome here. But like I said, the staff are friendly and welcoming and I had no problems with that side of the nursery.

It is a lovely nursery and the staff is very caring and loving. Plus my son loves it, and that for me it is the most important thing. In addition, the nursery has changed so much for the past 9 month that I could not be happier.

My daughter has been at this nursery for almost 3 years. During that time it's true that there has been a turn over of staff (though some staff have remained throughout) and this has definitely been for the better! The current staff are friendly, kind, energetic, caring and thoughtful. The nursery is spacious and light and the days are filled with well organised activities. My child is learning SO FAST at the moment and they keep her well occupied. Also, the caterers take the trouble to notice what the kids like or don't like food wise and vary their menu accordingly. This is a perfectly decent nursery/preschool.
