Amazing service and quality of workmanship. I needed a new cushion pad for an armchair. Every aspect of the process was superb. We felt totally reassured at the first meeting regarding what was required for the job. Despite being told that the current work load might mean the job could not be done immediately we were contacted within three days and the seat pad was ready for collection. Amazing! Thank you

We were pleased, with reupholstered settees in 2017. However in the lastst 5 monthsthe fabric has developed large, white patches not due to sunlight or spillage. Despite repeated phone calls, requesting a visit with a, solution our calls have been ignored. Fobbed off, with numerous, excuses, still awaiting a visit from the company. The after sales service is non existent and would not recommend Monks .

If you ever thought about bringing an old sofa bsck to life seriously consider Monks and Son. We have just had ours done and it is fabulous it is just like new. The choice of fabric was amazing you really are spoilt for choice. From enquiry to finish a thoroughly professional company but with a friendly personal touch.
