I met with Jeremy last year which was perfect timing to discuss our business insurance as it was due for renewal. Jeremy took all the information that he required to then go and come up with a quote. On his return to me he identified that for the service we provide there was quite a crucial cover that was missing from our existing insurance. As I did not understand what this meant he took the time to explain what the cover was and the outcomes that we could experience if a situation arose, and we did not have this in place. I then went away and highlighted this with our existing insurers to which they then apologised for not having recognised this in the past three years we had been with them and revised their quote to add this on. This did unsettle me that the existing insurers had not identified this in the past but also on receiving both quotes back with the additional insurance added, Jeremy’s quote was almost half of our current insurers. Jeremy was very quick and efficient in supplying us with a quote but what has impressed and reassured us more is that he obviously dug a bit deeper into our business and the service we provide to ensure that we have all the cover in place required to give us peach of mind. We have just renewed for a second year as, again, the quote was very competive.

I was fuming and frustrated at our insurance company for continuously letting us down. It took 4 months for one of our company vans to be repaired - I was either being ignored, or passed from pillar to post. Jeremy kindly offered advice to get a response out our previous insurance company, and it got resolved ridiculously quickly! Which was more frustrating as I had been trying for months! Regardless, we immediately switched to Jeremy - not just for his excellent service, but he saved us thousands in our fleet and building insurance. Could not recommend enough!
