    Mosaic was meant to be handling the catering for our wedding day, throughout the whole process they were very unprofessional with little to no contact for the best part of a year. They ignored emails and left us completely in the dark about our wedding and deposit that we'd paid. 12 months later our booking was finally taken over by a new catering company (after a legal battle), but to rub salt in the wound Mosaic have refused to pass on our details to the new company which made things even more unnecessarily stressful for us. IF ANYBODY HAS RECIEVED THIS EMAIL RE RE-BOOKING WITH POTBANK DIRECTLY, PLEASE NOTE THE EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN BY MOSAIC IS WRONG! Get in contact with Potbank hotel for the correct email address.

    I understand Mosaic is a rebrand of RW Bespoke. We used them as RW as they were forced on us by the venue. They acted like experts in the run up but failed miserably on the wedding day. Ignored most of our requests then denied we ever made the requests in the first place. Use with extreme caution.
