Since becoming a mother in January, I have been suffering from a condition called Quervain tenosynovitis of the wrists, from carrying the little one too much (common in women after birth from repetitive movements). I decided to Google Osteopathy in the area and decided to give it a go. I've had 3 sessions already, with accupunture and I can honestly say that I am happy with the results. Earlier this week I had my first ever Osteopathy appointment with Mr Taghi and it was a very enjoyable experience; he calmly talked me though what to do, and was very perceptive of where the pain may be. The room was comfortably decorated, with posters, comfy chairs and mood lighting. I felt really relaxed and freed up after the appointment. The day after I felt rather tired, so I would suggest planning your appointment with this in mind. Overall I would certainly recommend.
