I'm very divided how to describe my experience in Motion Spa.. Positive: Treatment are amazing, especially that you can have it as a couple Very friendly staff Clean Negatives: Everything is small/narrow - starting from corridors through the toilet finishing with souna/steam room (And I'm quite small (5 feet 11) and 9.4 stone) Please be aware before booking any "spa" that this swimming pool is used for an aqua aerobic so no chance you can have a relax day when plenty of people are exercising in the pool with a very very loud music. Overall not too bad but please be aware that if you are want a relaxing spa day please check the leisure timetable.

Joined this month, love it! Great facilities, lovely friendly. Helpful staff. It's definitely worth joining. Good choice of gym equipment and classes with the bonus of a pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.

Our spa day was a complete waste of time and money. Rude, disinterested staff, treatment basic at best and facilities so busy we couldn't access them. Our emails were not answered when we fedback our experience. Customer care is far from a priority here, much more training needed. Avoid.

I called to make a booking for a buy a gift voucher for 2, so haven't as yet attended. The receptionist was very polite, helpful and went beyond by reserving our dates prior to confirming the booking. Genuinely great customer service which is one of the main reasons I will purchase or recommend a service or product. Thank you!
