Avoid them. I bought tyre insurance from them. Every time there is an incident with the tyre they look for excuses not to replace it or pay you. When you appeal you have to wait for 8 weeks for their reply. All companies charge similar price for the tyre insurance but Motoreasy service is questionable.

They are Exactly what everyone might think . A bunch of scamers but covered by the big corporate name. They will do whatever they can to not cover your claim . In my case when they saw there is nothing more they can try to decline repairs, they decided to cancel my policy while i still had 1 more year. Not worth the money/time/stress

Called up to get GAP insurance on my car and my fathers. They ended up putting both cars under the same account despite me being very clear that one of the cars was not mine. Now I'm attempting to claim on my fathers car and they've rejected as its not my car even though I was told on the phone that it wouldn't be an issue having both cars on the same account. Not only that but they did not honor the current value of the car on the schedule document. Avoid this company at all costs and don't believe anything they tell you over the phone!

What an absolute waste of time and money this company is please save your money steer well clear useless twice I tried make a claim and both times they find a way out of not wanting to pay towards your repairs saying your car is 2014 with 70000 miles on it is just not good enough when they are very happy take your money each month for same 2014 car with 70000 miles I paid them for almost two years but came up useless both times I tried to make a claim on injector problems and costing me thousands of pounds All the rest the reviews on here speak for themselves folks honestly stay clear it’s a complete scam Service: Auto engine diagnostic
