I get more compliments on these boots than anything I wear. However, my most recent pair became damaged within the first few months of wearing them. Both toes are torn from their sole and now moisure/snow seeps into the boot further damaging the shoe completely. Considering how much they cost, I buy these boots with the intention of not having to purchase new boots for a few years. When I presented the issue to the company, they would only move forward if I had the purchaser’s name. I received them as a gift and unsure of how the giver presented their name on the purchase. They are Mou’s, representing the Mou brand and that should be the only thing that matters.

With no regrets I've been inclined to rewrite my review. After having difficulty attaining response from the Mou customer service team myself and girlfriend received a personal call of which not only understood our frustration but completely rectified the previous lack of communication. I must add that it was a pleasant relief to hear from someone that genuinely cared and also very refreshing to hear from someone whom sincerely cared for their customers.

I just had a really great experience with the Mou supervisor after dealing with a long international return process. Luca thoroughly explained the misunderstanding and understood my frustration. She gave me my refund in full and I couldn't be happier! I love the quality and style of Mou products so much. I have two pair at home and I wear them everyday in the winter!
