Future guest beware!! Wish I knew in advance! All-in-all this experience wasn't acceptable. I booked this apartment stay through their "website" and was given a generic email confirmation. Upon arriving, I find out that this address is not valid. There is no office here and the apartments are not located here. After calling twice, I was given WhatsApp instructions to walk (with my luggage) two blocks to a nearby convenience store to retrieve a key. Then I walked ANOTHER half mile to the apartment complex, in the rain, in December. I was given a UK bank account to transfer a deposit to. I have bank accounts in the US and the EU. Neither works in the UK. So I'm asked to put £200 cash in the post box as a deposit. I oblige. My husband and I stayed without a problem, now when it comes time to collect the deposit, I'm sent WhatsApp messages telling me that it's not possible and that they need time to get cash together. I'm owed my deposit back, and for lying about your location I deserve my stay for free, if I'm honest. The apartment is located in the nearby Skyline complex (0.6 miles distance). EDIT: since posting this review I’ve received my deposit.
