I ordered oil and fuel stabiliser nearly nearly 3 weeks ago, they didn't repond to my email which I sent 10 days after my order. I then called them on Monday 15th May. A chap answered the call, he said it would be sent out, obviousl The chap on phone did not sound remotely interestedy it hasn't. There appears to be a similar pattern with other complainants. The chap on the phone did not sound remotely interested.

Bought a ride on mower for £2k it was supposed to be supplied with a protective cover which was missing. I have phoned and its always engaged and emailed but had no response... the mower is great. The customer service is poor/non existent.

I ordered a lawnmower online which I then get a call from the seller saying it’s their last one in stock but need the mechanic to look over it because they think it might be damaged. They then told me I must wait some day as the mechanic is on holiday. Eventually I get the lawnmower and after a couple days I noticed a lot of oil leaking out of the exhaust and gasket to the amount of 500ml. I phoned them and asked for replacement which was under warranty but then they told me they won’t take it back and I must take it to a different garden repairs centre which I now have to pay on my expenses. Seems they just interested in taking your money for faulty goods. I’m still without a lawnmower which is my livelihood and still loss of earnings and no apologies or compensation. I see similar people have had same issues with this company. If I could I wouldn’t even give a star.
