It was difficult getting my first appointment but upon visiting I could see how hard Kash was working with his case load. I would recommend Kash for his dillengence, competent care and carefulness. I was referred to Mr Akhtar by my physiotherapist in January 2023 after suffering constant and acute pain in my right knee that was not responding to treatment. Mr Akhtar’s polite, laid back but very professional approach from the outset made me feel very much at ease. He was quick to diagnose what he thought were the potential issues and mapped out a very clear road map post scan. Scans and follow up appointments were quick to be executed and within a matter of weeks My Akhtar and myself were discussing the resulting scans and options available to me. After discussing these scans at length and running through all the possible options. I decided that key hole surgery was the right option for me. From pre op all the was through to post op I received the highest level of care and more importantly communication from Mr Akhtar and his team. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Akhtar going forward. He is undisputedly one of the top consultants in his field.
