My hot tub went down on me ...so phoned a local company to me and after 3 weeks still no joy...so then was given Mr tubbys number I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Darren and his team straight from the off he new what part I needed sorted that and arrived in the post today put it on but there was a bit of difference in the wiring no problem 1 email and got it sorted....I will use Mr tubby from now on above and beyond in my eyes out standing Thanks 😊

Disgusting Company. I made a order just after 9am Tuesday and it clearly states on the website that if ordered before 12pm cut off time they send your order out the same day. They CHARGE £6.99 Next Day Delivery. Once ordered it states you will receive a email when they dispatch the order. I never received one so emailed on Wednesday morning asking if i would receive it today and if not why? I received a reply stating they are sending it out Wednesday for me to receive Thursday and if that is a problem they can cancel my order. WHY STATE THEY ARE HAPPY TO CANCEL MY ORDER VERY ODD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I told them no i want my order but i want a refund for the NEXT DAY DELIVERY OF £6.99 as they failed to send the order. They then tried to blame the Courier even though they hadn't even sent the items out and used the classic business BLAME COVID. Without warning as they just stopped emailing (Poor Customer Service) they have just cancelled my order and refunded me in full. Shocking Poor Company

I bought a tub around 12 years ago from a company thats no longer around, when I needed to replace some of the parts to keep it running I came across Mr Tubby (Darren) and with all of Darren's help and advice the tub is still going, I personally will not use anyone else even if it means driving 3 hours to collect some bits,as a typical male I wanted them now 😁,Darren goes the extra mile I didn't buy my tub from him but he still went above and beyond to help me keep it running, Would 100% recommend 👌 Thanks for all your help Darren

Darren and his team helped us every step of the way with our hot tub, from helping us choose the right model, to providing details for the builder putting in the patio, support with the electrician, and eventually using a crane to get the tub into our walled rear garden. During the installation a full debrief is provided on the operation of the hot tub, how to manage the water, and they ensured that the tub was networked to the internet to control via your phone. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Would recommend

DO NOT BY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!! We ordered a panel from this company & unfortunately it stopped working so we returned the item as requested. when he received the part he told us that he had never sent us the part that we had returned & has now kept our money & the part we returned. This is a massive scam so guys honestly if there is anyone else who has had the same happen to them from this seller please get in contact as he has to be stopped. You have made a massive misjudgment in this case Darren, but i will leave it to karma to pay you a visit & when it does you will remember how you've treated us & know you were wrong. asked for a part to be sent back & still haven't received it yet. Cant be bothered to play the silly mind games with this man. Just a £132.00 lost
